Lviv – the cycling capital of Ukraine
Starting from 2012 implemented a host of measures to improve public transport, walking and cycling, as well as general mobility conditions. Thiese activities support sustainable development in the transport sector with lower emissions, lower energy consumption and fewer traffic facalities.
Lviv is an example of Ukrainian cities for promoting cycling and transforming the area of sustainable urban mobility in general.
This publication contains information Lviv City Council and photographs of implemented cycling projects in the northern and southern regions of Lviv.
